This family subdivision has 1,900 homes and is located between Bell and Greenway, just west of Reems Road. Children K-8th grade in this area attend Countryside Elementary. Also, Paradise Education Center, an NCA Accredited charter school is located within the boundaries of Mountain Vista Ranch. This family subdivision is located just south of Sun City Grand. The 303 Loop is easily accessable from Northwest Ranch. This community features a baseball field and park. Beazer, Canterra, and Montalbano are just some of the builders who creaed Northwest Ranch between 2002 and 2004. Sierra Montana
